Began his activity as a graphic designer and consultant at Loja dos Registos, from 2008 until 2013, and at 3H Comunicação, working with clients such as Pfizer, the Portuguese Society of Cardiology, the Lisbon Architecture Triennial, Pirilampo Mágico, among others.
Was a partner at Sustain This for two years, providing technical advice for the development of eco-products and of communication campaigns through sustainable products. Among the various projects, the partnership at TED-X Edges Lisbon, held at the Champalimaud Foundation and the Conference "Silicon Valley Comes to Lisbon" stand out.
In 2012, Miguel created _STUFA - Ready, Set, Grow, and, in addition to being a founding partner, is the person responsible for graphics, photography, packaging, motion graphics and product promotion. In 2013, they won the Product Innovation Award - Nutrition Awards, organized and promoted by GCI and by the Portuguese government, supported by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, by APED and by brands like Continente and McDonald's.
The _Stufa kits had also high media visibility, appearing in more than thirty national and three international print publications, on four TV interviews, one documentary and several other publications on social networks.
Is art director and photographer for Independente Hostel & Suites, The Decadente Restaurante & Bar, The Insólito and Trincas (Mercado da Ribeira).
Was involved, from 2012 to 2014, in several graphic, photographic and web design projects, creating multiple identities and websites. Among them stand out Sofia Galvão Advogados (Chiado), Trincas (Mercado da Ribeira), Dear Lisbon (Santa Catarina), Fora — Sunglasses, Uva do Monte (Comporta), Bom dia Lisboa, Organii.
Has been working, since October 2013, with A EQUIPA, participating in projects for Oni, Nors (formerly Auto-Sueco group), Biosafe, Navigator, Espírito Santo Wealth Management, WallStreetEnglish, Turismo de Cascais, CM Cascais, Volvo, among others.
